The website will show neighborhoods only, but after you have made your reservation, LugNot will provide a confirmation page along with an email directing you to the exact address of the partner that will accept your luggage.
LugNot accepts online payments only… cash will not be accepted at the store. This guarantees your luggage is safely insured while it is stored at a LugNot partner location. We only use the trusted ecommerce payment portal PayPal®, for all transactions including credit cards.
Bag charges are $6 per bag, per day, during business hours at that partner’s location. Any items not picked up same day will incur an additional daily $6 charge per bag.
With LugNot, each item is a flat SAME DAY fee regardless of size. Some locations may have limitations on accepting items such as bikes or strollers.
LugNot insures your items while they are in possession of a LugNot partner location. Cash or securities in your luggage or items are prohibited and NOT covered. Please keep all your travel documents, such as your passport, on your person … NOT in your bag! Each bag/luggage booked via is insured up to $500.00 per bag.
Present your confirmation (via phone or printout) and identification to the business patron. In exchange for your baggage you will receive a claim ticket. When you return to pick up your bags you will be asked for your ID and claim ticket. Items cannot be picked up by others.
Your selected time frame is approximate. Please be aware of your reserved location’s operating hours. When you arrive within location business hours, your reservation is guaranteed by LugNot.
To be issued a refund, a cancelation must be done a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If less than 24 hours, there is a minimum $6 flat fee, however, any additional charges for multiple bags will be refunded. Changing reservation date or time can be made freely, however it is subject to availability.
