Pike Place Market is a truly unique hub in downtown Seattle. One of the most notable markets in the United States, Pike Place receives millions of visitors each year. This farmers market is established by Seattle farmers, craftspeople, business owners, and residents. When visiting, find Rachel, the famous life-sized piggy bank, and shop around the creative and local craft market. For dining, there are plenty of bakeries, restaurants, and café’s in and around the whole marketplace. Pike Place is a wonderful destination for having lunch with the family, but not lunch with your luggage. Historic and architecturally beautiful, King Street Station is located in the Pioneer district of Seattle between South King and South Jackson streets and Second and Fourth Avenue.
